The final day of the LEARN & LSPIRG [UN]Conference is upon us! For
participants in LSPIRG's Certificate in Community Innovation Training
Program, the following events count towards your workshop hours! So
come out student or not, and LEARN a little.

Friday -- in the Paul Martin Centre (http://www.wlu.ca/maps/
martin.php)

3-4 PM Networking
4-5 PM "Presentation" -- Sean Geobey
5-6 PM "Checking Our Assumptions"

This presentation will talk about something called the “ladder of
inference”, which demonstrates how quickly we jump to conclusions and
make assumptions about what others have said or done, leaving us in a
position of either feeling frustrated or angry, or making decisions
about our own actions based on misunderstanding and miscommunication.
It’s really about learning how to speak the truth to one another.

Also between 4-6PM -- Zine Making Workshop -- you will make a FULL
ZINE to take away!

All workshops count towards LSPIRG's Certificate in Community
Innovation program, and/or just be great for your own learning/
interaction and networking! Don't miss it! :)
