These are TWO initial gathering sessions for all people interested in
helping to organize LSPIRG's Complementary O-Week events for the
upcoming September.

There are going to be TWO sessions for those of you wanting to join
the Planning Committee:
Tuesday, June 22 @7pm
Wednesday, June 23 @7pm
*both events will be held at the Centre for Community Service Learning
(see above for address details)

The LSPIRG O-Week is available for first year students and the rest of
the Laurier community to involve themselves in activities that promote
LSPIRG values and to encourage people to be agents of change on campus
and in their communities (check out http://www.lspirg.ca/?page_id=4
for more information).

The Planning Committee will be creating, organizing, and carrying out
the events of the week, and will be coordinating their efforts with
the traditional WLUSU O-Week and WPRIG.

Sooooo come out and get excited about introducing first-year students
to the Waterloo community and organizing some sweet events!

Enthusiasm IS a prerequisite for this meeting! :)

Also, if you could please please PLEEEASE invite all your Laurier folk
to this event, we would be much obliged. I may have accidentally
invited people that do not or no longer go to Laurier in hopes that
they would invite THEIR Laurier folk. Thanks in advance!

For more information, feel free to contact LSPIRG's Event Coordinator
Hannah Swiderski at hannah.s...@gmail.com. Also, contact if you
would like to be involved but are unable to make either of the dates.

See you there!
