coming from a diversity of places that may experience burnout), this
workshop will offer short and long term strategies for dealing with
the fatigue that comes from trying to change the world.

The event will take place at 630pm on Wednesday, March 16th. It will
be held in the Science Building, rm. 1042, on the WLU Campus (Corner
of Bricker and King).

4) Fwd: Callout for articles submitted to K-W political zine

Protests against corrupt regimes in the middle east, protests against
austerity measures in the UK, Greece, Italy, France and other European
countries, as well as the G20 protests last summer in Toronto. There
is a steady stream of mass demonstrations happening in many countries
around the world. Why are people in large numbers protesting? What are
their specific views? Why does mass media not present a range of views
by people who attend large protests?

The Kitchener-Waterloo political zine, Activated, is asking for
contributions with these kinds of questions in mind. Contributions to
the first issue will respond to why people protested in Toronto
against the G20 summmit. See attached or below for more details. The
submissions are unpaid and the zine is a volunteer driven, non-profit
eandeavour. Please forward this call out as widely as possible.

Any questions or suggestions can be e-mailed to:

We look forward to receiving your submissions!
