Please know that submitting a form DOES NOT GAURANTEE a reservation. This is the initial step to the reservation process. The Shelter Coordinator will contact you shortly regarding your request.
Reservations for shelter rentals may not be made until two months in advance of the event date. However, reservations for races can be made as early as one year in advance of the event date.
If you would like to use Audubon Park or Riverview without renting a shelter, there are areas for the general public to picnic. These spots are on a first-come, first served basis. Water and electricity are not provided. There is no charge; however, permits are required for parties of 25 or more people. Spacewalks MUST be approved by the Shelter Coordinator with proof of insurance, and a generator must be used for power.
