Your email is NO REFLECTION of your understanding of the problem that me and most of us are facing. I can send you pictures in a separate email.
1. Historically, I have not seen weeds in my lawn in the last 3 years (I moved in the house in 2012). Even though I have changed Lawn Care providers in the past but it did not change the condition of my lawn until now.
2. I DO NOT see the urgency in resolution of these problems. Usually whenever we report weeds to any Lawn Care Provider they would do an extra treatment, the very next day to solve the issue. I have noticed that you just don't want to provide extra treatments out of schedule.
I am not sure if we can continue to work with this level or service and we will have to cancel without any penalty which is entirely due to the level of service you have provided so far.
I don't want to hurt your business by reporting your business but I hope you can step up and resolve these ongoing issues.
