Community Summit
APRIL 14th @ 7 pm

The Laurel Ridge community is a wonderful place to live, work and
learn. We invite you, as individuals and nonprofit organizations, to
come share knowledge and abilities that can make it even better. Let's
see what we can do together!
The summit has several objectives:
 Understand the impact of redistricting for Laurel Ridge and learn
what lies ahead with BOE member Don McChesney
 Create a census of talents and skills that residents and nonprofit
organizations can offer the school and community
 Cross-pollinate between nonprofit community organizations
 Lay the groundwork for a Laurel Ridge Foundation
(a charitable foundation that can give to causes in the neighborhood)
Do you know of any nonprofit groups in our community that need
volunteers or can provide volunteer opportunities? Ask them to send a
