Still looking for volunteers to direct runners next Saturday at our Laurel Ridge Romp thru the woods race.  You should arrive at  7:30 and I will assign a place to stand on the course and direct runners.  It was a lot of fun last year.  Please let me know via email if you plan to help.

I need some help with monitors on the race course Saturday, April 23rd @ 7:30 am.  I will need several people to stand on the course to direct runners in the right direction and to cheer on the runners.  Please let me know if you are available to help.

 

I will also need about 4 people to help with course set up the week of the Course.  It will likely be Thursday or Friday evening, April 21st or 22nd.  We will need to spray pain the directional arrows on the ground and tie up police tape to prevent wrong turns.
