I will be teaching A Laughter Yoga class on Thursday Mornings in
JAnuary, sponsored through SBCC adult ed ( continuing education)Pre-
egistration begins December 15. The cost for 10 weeks is $38. I need a
minimum or 20 people to allow it to be registered. I will have fliers
in a few weeks but nothing that I can put online. CLass is 11-12 am
Thursday Morning at Schott Center Auditorium. on corner of Padre and
Bath Street. Here is website http://sbcc.augusoft.net/ THe Winter
Catalogue is not available yet. I will repost when that is online. TO
find the class the easiest way to to search under instructor . then
all my classes ( YOGA AND other fitness classes) will be easy to find.
