Double-click on the USB Serial Port (COM?) device and go to the Driver tab. Click on Update Driver and choose Browse my computer for driver software. Then click on Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer and select USB Serial Converter from the list. Click Next and Finish.Open the Techstream software on your desktop and select Setup -> VIM.
