oh noes! laterz haz trouble with + in URL

Situation:
1. You have the 'Read Laterz' bookmarklet in place (which uses the
escape function)
2. You use this to laterz a URL with a + in it, for example:
http://www.printthis.clickability.com/pt/cpt?action=cpt&title=You+Walk+Wrong&expire=&urlID=27990802&fb=Y&url=http%3A%2F%2Fnymag.com%2Fhealth%2Ffeatures%2F46a213%2F&partnerID=73272
The + gets escaped to %20, then the URL in the laterz form turns that
back into a ' ' char, and an illegal URL message occurs.
Manual frob of the ' ' to + required to get the expected result.
