3rd National Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage – Saturday, September 9

Join us in prayer on Saturday, September 9, for the restoration of the Traditional Latin Mass to its former liberty, on the third semi-annual National Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage between the cathedrals of Arlington, VA, and Washington, DC.

We will embark on a beautiful Marian procession between St. Thomas More Cathedral in Arlington and St. Matthew Cathedral in Washington. The walk is about 5 miles, or 2-3 hours. We will begin by praying the Divine Office and then process with crosses and Marian banners as we pray the Rosary and sing hymns together in support of the evangelistic power and beauty of the Traditional Latin Mass, and to make reparation for the cruel and unjust restrictions that have been imposed upon it.

Mass will follow the pilgrimage. Shuttles will be provided to Mass and for the return trip to Arlington.
