Last Call for Volunteers – Summorum Pilgrimage, Sat. Sept. 9

The 3rd National Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage is coming up next Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023. If you can volunteer for any of the following roles, please sign up here: https://forms.gle/YXvNj8d5g8SYKp2B6

• Set up, distribution, and tear down: set up tables and distribute water, programs, etc. at either St. Thomas More in Arlington (the starting point) or St. Matthew in Washington (the end point). Please arrive by 9:15 a.m. (St. Thomas More) or 12:15 p.m. (St. Matthew).
  
  
• Parade marshalls: help keep the procession orderly and provide assistance to fellow pilgrims as needed. Hi-vis vests will be provided. Please arrive by 9:30 a.m.
  
  
• Singers for the schola: if you are proficient in the basics of Gregorian chant, please consider singing in the schola at the Mass immediately following the pilgrimage. We will rehearse this week.
  
  
• Altar servers: if you are a man who is proficient in serving at the altar for High Mass, please consider signing up to serve the Mass immediately following the pilgrimage. We will rehearse this week.
