Problemas con Swat Editor en Mapwindow

Estoy trabajando en una maquina con Windows 7 64 bits y tengo
instalado el MapWindow para 32 bit (ver 4.8.6). Todo funciona bien al
utilizar el plugins MWSWAT 2009 o MWSWAT2005, pero al llegar al paso 3
y ejecutar el SWAT editor sale error de compatibilidad "Microsoft.jet
OLEBD 4.0" no está registrado en el equipo.
Agradecería cualquier comentario al respecto.
Que versión del SWAT puede ejecutarse bien en Windows 7 64 bits?

Make sure you have installed Microsoft .NET 2.0
with service pack 2 before installing swateditor.
Also make sure you have all the microsoft patches are updated for windows 7.
Check to make sure Microsoft database drivers are
installed and patched properly.

Gracias a todos los que enviaron comentarios. Por recomendación de
Víctor Salas, decidí no utilizar el MapWindow e instalé el ArcGis 9.3
con ArcSwat 93.7b y hasta el momento me ha funcionado muy bien.
