Bibliography with Natbib

Hi! I am using "Natbib" with "plainnat" as the bibliography style and
it is giving me what I want in in the text to cater for 1,2,3 and > 3
authors but not in the bibliography.
In the reference section I have to get the following format:
Hogan, J., B. Smith, and Z Withers (2009).
but at the moment I get:
Hogan, J., Smith, B. and Withers, Z. (2009).
Can someone help me please? Thanks
