Hello;

I am having a problem with latex --> pdf of my doxygen documentation run.

The doxygen constructs a refman.tex which is processed. 
When it gets to makeindex refman.tex  this is the error log .ilg

This is makeindex, version 2.15 [TeX Live 2013] (kpathsea + Thai support).

How do I fix the configuration to all makeindex to run right?  Thanks in advance!

I don't think you should be running makeindex on refman.tex.

Just type makeindex refman
