Hi,

I'd like to be able to give an example of a line style in a figure
caption e.g.

\caption{...the dashed lines ("dashed line") refer to ... whilst the
other dash-dot lines ("dash dot") refers to...}

where the " " are examples of the line style.

Can someone point me in the right direction please? Ta

Flamel

Hi

an easy solution is something like that:
\begin{figure}[h]
\centering
\includegraphics[scale=1.0,angle=0]{}\\
\caption{$\dots$ temperature, $.-$ pressure, $---$ humidity}
\end{figure}
Not very elegant but it works.
I know the command \dash, \dashline etc. exist but you have to use
them in a picture environment.
I hope that help,
Flamel.
