hyperref package

hi all,

I am using hyperref package and I've encountered few problems. Can
anybody advice me how to get rid of bookmarks (bookmarks=false doesn't
seem to work) and frames around urls?

Here are the commands I use:

\usepackage[hyperindex=true,pdftitle={Title
here},pdfauthor={Glaukon},colorlinks=false,
pagebackref=false,citecolor=blue,plainpages=false,pdfpagelabels]
{hyperref}

The last two are defaults in the latest versions of hyperref
