Hello,

Whichever package I use, and also wihtout any package, my bibliography
is indented. Please would someone know how to get rid of this indent?

i'm not sure what you mean. bibliographies are normally indended,
though the reverse of a normal text paragraph's indent (i.e., a
`hanging' indent: every line but the first of an entry is indented).

if you want to do away with that, the biblatex package allows you to
re-define the amount of the hanging indent, via the \bibhang command
(see p. 73 of the manual). something like \setlength{\bibhang}{0em}
should do the trick.

most other aspects are easily customizable as well.

cheers,
jon.

actually, putting

\setlength{\bibhang}{0pt}

in the preamble should work regardless of whether you choose to use
biblatex.
