Thesis in LaTex

Hi,

When writing thesis in latex, for document class report, unable to do these two

Chapter number - right of the page

Title of the chapter - middle of the page + font size increase

A screenshot is attached for my requirement. Can anyone suggest me how to do it?

hi, it looks like a chapter style from memoir class.
