I've problem in XyMTex

I'm using WinEdt with MikTex 2.7. When I use XymMTex, and have a
problem in chemical environments
and reaction schemes.Does anyone know how to write chemical formulae
in the equation
environment. I have tried with XYMTEX which is very nice for writing
chemistry but in the equation environment they are inserted like a
picture and they are not aligned with arrows or the equation number.
