Has anyone used the class file together with the natbib and apalike
packages?
It produces the following error:

.../natbib.sty:637: LaTeX Error
: Command \bibhang already defined
Or name \end... illegal, see p.192 of the manual.

I think the problem is that the class uses tocbibind, which seems to have some compatibility issues with natbib. Hmmm.
