Psfrag for annotating figures

Hi all,
Psfrag is a wonderful package that allows to overlay EPS figures with arbitrary LaTeX constructions, properly aligned, scaled, and rotated. You have to place a text tag into the EPS file and the corresponding LaTeX construction into the LaTeX file that will include the EPS file. PSfrag will remove the tag and replace it by the specified LaTeX construction.
Psfrag works perfectly with Visio 2007. Initially I had problem because in Visio 2007 I have to first convert figure to pdf and then to eps. After fiddling around the pdf settings for some time, I got it perfectly.
I find psfrag to be useful in annotating figures with Latex mathematical equations. Moereover it is working perfectly with Visio 2007 which is very much user friendly for creating drawings.
