Hai karthikeyan,
                       How to make Miktex more user friendly like Kile in ubuntu? . Is this formality enough?

Hi SSS Mani
What you mean by user friendly? TeXNic center is by itself very user friendly!
Here are the few I know
1) You have auto completion feature. For example, there is no need to type \section completely. Just start typing \sect . Now \section{} will be displayed below in yellow background. Just press Ctrl + Space bar keys to get the complete command \section{}. Above discussion holds good for all other commands also.
2) Go to menu bar click Insert and then select Own Text Modules then Manage Text modules and then click New (in left bottom). Give name to your new text module. For example "bib". Now enter
\bibliograpghystyle{IEEEtran}
\bibliograpghy{IEEEabrv,

in Insert before Selection/cursor and

}

in Insert after Selection/cursor. Select Ok.
Now you can simply include the following in a blank document by selecting bib in Insert +Own text modules+bib
\bibliograpghystyle{IEEEtran}
\bibliograpghy{IEEEabrv, }

with cursor blinking before "}" waiting for you to enter bib file. So easy isn't !

In spite of all these shortcuts I am developing another easy way of entering text using well known AutoHotKey program by Chris Mallet
The work is under progress. I will submit the exe file and help document within 2 weeks.

Take care
