Started to use Neutron Drive, www.neutrondrive.com for my XeLaTeX projects. Latex syntax highlighting, uses Google Drive to store files, collaborative, detail changes tracking and diff, and SFTP access. The developer has expressed some interest in providing a latex preview.

Ouch!! The version tracking is the "automatically deleted after 30 days/100 commits" type. I am now not using it anymore.
