como instalar pacotes lipsun no tex studio

Pessoal estou iniciando latex , gostaria de saber como instala esse pacote , como corrigir erro com pacote idioma ,

coloquei: usepackage [brazilian] {babel}


não traduz a mês apresenta esse erro:

you haven´t specified a language option
