My thoughts are that they have initially had approval to make LTR a
conservation area. Will that then mean we can't go down the line of
putting embargos on the land? It looks to me like a way out of us
doing this. Maybe we are putting too much information on the forum
about the lines we are going down seeing as Yolanda reads this forum.
I don't know how we go about communicating information to everyone
though.
