Hi All,

We have had our original 6,000 euros deposit returned to us by visa.
They
simply refunded it onto our credit card.

We did have to provide them with an extension to the original contract
to
clarify that the build was delayed and also a copy of the cancellation
document that peinsa gave to our solicitor.

I do have copies of these if anyone needs them.
