Hi There
We are Richard and Joy stevens and we originally agreed to purchase an
apartment on the LTR complex, We visited the site approx a year after
purchase and were horrified to see no works completed so discussed this
with the office staff at Piensa in the portacabin on site. They said
have you a bank guarantee, this aroused suspicion and I arranged for one
to be in place. The following year still no buildings were up, The
complex across the road was finished so we went there and instructed our
bank guarantee to be forclosed. This happened and after loads of stress,
a visit, 1000 Euros guarantee, we were given our money back LESS 3000
euros initial deposit. Who holds that and how do we go about getting
this back has anyone got an ideas weve tried Amba Sun, as thats a UK
company do we have and recourse on them
Thanks for listening
Richard and Joy Stevens
Good luck to you all

Hi,
We are Sandra and John McCay. My husband's exact words are "I don't think
we've got a hope in hell of getting back the 3,000 Euros from them".- so
with that in mind, we're trying to claim it back from Visa, as we paid it
with our credit card. We've been advised by Visa that should be possible.
This is now in progress.

Hope this may be of some help!

Regards,

Sandra and John McCay

Hi All,

We have had our original 6,000 euros deposit returned to us by visa. They
simply refunded it onto our credit card.

We did have to provide them with an extension to the original contract to
clarify that the build was delayed and also a copy of the cancellation
document that peinsa gave to our solicitor.

I do have copies of these if anyone needs them.

Regards,
Jaimer and Graeme

Hi there.

We have read your e-mail about getting your money put back onto your credit
card.

Could you send us copies of the documents needed for this by e-mail please.
We would be most grateful. We have been waiting over a year now for a
preliminary court hearing to get our main deposit back. Just to get the
initial 3000 euros back would be something!!

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards Mick and Lyn Howlett
