Just a quick update for you all, we registered an embargo at the
courts in february 2010 and low and behold the first EVER contact from
Peinsa to our solicitor, they offered us 3,000 euro's deposit and
2,500 euro's to legal bills, needless to say refused as they owe us
3,000 deposits, legal bill 5,000 and counting, and 11,200 euro's in 6%
interest for 2 years and four months, and now another 200 euro's for
6% interest on out 3,000 deposit for last year!!
TOTAL OWING AS PER THEIR CONTRACT: 19,400 euros so you can see why we
did not except offer, an insult!!

The embargo is the way forward for everybody, worst case senario:
peinsa go bust (which is happening every week for the last 18 months)
you are on a list of creditors, the banc take the land they pay you!!
Best case, Peinsa decide to do the honourable thing PAY US BACK!! They
wrote the contract!! they can continue the build and we all live
happily ever after!! Peinsa cant do a thing with the land with
embargo's on it Please now see your solicitor!!! A lot of people are
now going down this route, and the ones who have given up might get a
renewed vigour.

Hii ,

Just heard Peinsa about into go into liquidation any day. Any news on this? We won our case in January 10. Things have not happened. Have you any news on this? Courts were supposed to be seizing assets? Have not heard any new from anybody?

Was told that rumour has it that it was about to happen anytime soon from our solicitors office. But have just had email to they are still working at present. So looks like this could just be possibly another rumour. Has anyone else heard any news.

Hi all Peinsa are not going under they just bought my land 500 plot for silly money as i was stuck and needed the cash the man is a crook and not stupid . O just a note I pal of mine has just had a massive heart attack and died leaving is wife with no money a house thats illegal in Valancia STRESSS !!!! he put his lifes savings into the place lived with constant threats of it being pulled down then an embargo on the place no water electric O and the builder is dead (o yes thats another ploy if they tell you the builder is dead no one follows on the complaint the man is not dead he lives in Madrid with a Company under another name . I am now out of this place By and god bless and good luck John

Hi all

sounds about right!!!! it gets better by the day!!

we now have embargo going through to cover 19,200 euors outstanding by
peinsa, and now have appointment with UK solicitor to sue Peinsa for
damages, 15,000.00 euro's will post
all news when we have any updates,

Keep fighting!!!
