Murcia council announcement

I've been notified by a solicitor (out of the blue) about a statement
on the Murcia council website relating to La Tercia Real. I can't make
out what it is saying but it's worth following up:

IV. Local Government

Murcia

18080 Initial approval of the Regulations of the Institution for
Conservation of Unique Performance Unit Plan Partial "La Tercia Real"
Sector ZU-SR-GT11, of Gaia and Truyols. (File-084GD08).

The Governing Board of the Hon. Murcia City Council at its meeting
held on 12 November 2008, adopted, inter alia, the following agreement
"initially approve the Regulations of the Institution for Conservation
of Unique Performance Unit Plan Partial" La Tercia Real " Sector ZU-SR-
GT11, of Gaia and Truyols submitted to this Administration for the
commercial "Urfesan Projects & Developments, SL".

What is brought to public information within twenty days from the
publication of this notice in the Official Gazette of the Murcia
region, during which time interested persons may examine the case and
submit whatever they deem appropriate to their right .

Furthermore and in accordance with Article 59.5 of the Common
Administrative Procedure Act and 194 of the Rules of Organization and
Functioning Legal System of Local Government, this announcement will
provide general notification to all those interested in the record
which are unknown, ignoring or reporting location, try this, could not
have been practicing.

My thoughts are that they have initially had approval to make LTR a
conservation area. Will that then mean we can't go down the line of
putting embargos on the land? It looks to me like a way out of us
doing this. Maybe we are putting too much information on the forum
about the lines we are going down seeing as Yolanda reads this forum.
I don't know how we go about communicating information to everyone
though.

Hi everyone

We will also be grateful if you will add us to your list of contacts
for any information. We have had our deposit back, less the initial
deposit and interest. Ever since day one we have found the forum
invaluable.

Derek and I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy
New Year.

Although the La Tercia Real experience did not turn out as we all
hoped, we thoroughly enjoyed our get together's in Coventry when we
met such a lovely crowd of people who we were looking forward to
spending our time in LTR with.
