Hi All,

We have just come back from Murcia yesterday having secured / received
our funds back from the bank. We received a bankders draft which we
cashed straight away with another bank and it's now safe in our
account.

The information that we accessed on this wedsite was really helpful to
us, especially the part about contacting the bank directly!

We did not push to have interest etc paid, we were just happy to get
our money back, with the exchange rate we were happy with the outcome.
