Hi
For the couple still owed 90,000 euro's insist that you solicitor
takes you expire gurantee to BANCO POPULAR!!!!
it is ILLEGAL BY SPANISH LAW 58/63 to have an EXPIRY DATE on this
document!!!
If you have had the link on the forum re PEINSA please fill in this
document will be presented to the Spanish Government, The Spanish
Council and to King Carlos and the Heads of all banks, it will show
just what is going on and just who is doing what for people and who
are hand in hand with Peinsa!!!
Its a must PLEASE all fill in the link a great document which will
help us and any future buyers in Spain.
The EMBARGO on Peinsa land is defiantley the way forward, Please speak
to your legal team,
