Hi All La Tercia Real ( None Owners),

We have finally managed to sort out the last details of our dealings with Spain. With the help of Roy Howitt we have been able to pass on the deposit we made with Murcia Furniture to one of Roys clients. I cannot thank Roy enough for his help in this matter, we were going to get some outside furniture, then transport it back to the UK. But this would of added to an already escalating budget.

So thats it. We got our deposit back through our credit card, then our 30% staged payments through our current bank guarantee and finally the deposit for our furniture package with the help of Roy.

Many thanks to all on this forum who's helped us through this process and kept us informed of the site progress in the early days and finally closure.

In recent days its been good to see alot of people getting their money back. Hope the good news continues.

        All the best,

        Kev & Kim ( Plot P17 )

Hi Kevin & Kim,
Congratulations to You Both, we are pleased for You...I am raising my bottle of Becks as I type..!

"Well Done" to Roy for his involvement, that kind of generous action & support will go a long way and will be reciprocated in future we are sure, well deserved too. It restores faith, it isn`t just about what people can get out of you.....
