Initial Deposit Refunded by Credit Card Company

Hi All,

I've noticed that many of you are going through the courts to get your
initial deposit back from the builder.

Just to let you know that we have had our 6,0000 E deposit refunded
today onto our credit card by the credit card company, as this is how
we paid the initial deposit.

I also know that some of you have tried this route with no success.
Beacuse we had a letter from Peinsa informing us of the delay and that
they now guaranteed the new completion date of summer 2009, which
actually is an extention of the original contract, so the date of the
contract in effect was summer 2009. You only have 3 months from this
date to dispute. We also got a letter from Peinsa, via our solicitor,
that informed us that the build was stopped due to the economic
climate and credit crunch, this was in spanish.
