I have e-mailed Mr Latham from the forum who has made postings
recently about peinsa buying their plot.
I have askes Mr Latham if he will help us all by getting us a copy of
peinsa's payment to him,so we all
could have a copy, I think we are down to approx just 10 of us for
deposits and interest and legal fee's,
this will help us a lot, as it will show Peinsa, (1) have money they
say they haven't, and it will be dated recently.
(2) that payment made would have covered us10 couples for what they
owe us!!
As soon as I have reply and details will make fresh posting.

Our solicitor managed to get 80% of our money back in October 2010 and we accepted the offer from Piensa.
You have to go to court again looking for costs and interest.
As things turned out, we would have bought the apartment on AF for €153,000 which would probably be worth around €110,000 at todays value. We eventually bought a house in 2009 for €89,000 (asking price €140,000)and then got 80% of our deposit back to lodge in the bank for a rainy day.

We wrote a while ago trying to get our money back.
We were told by Maria at the lawyers office we had won the case in February, but still waiting for money.
Can I ask how long everyone else has been waiting - it is now 4.5 years
