I have just swopped from one to maria costa costaluz lawyers as we have had a court case last july 8th 2011 have had no money back constantly emailing banco popular or should that be unpopular for our five families to see the chairman senor angel ron about the banc issuing banc gurantees against spanish law with dates on resolving in us all having large legal bills plus the interest we never received what is the point of court hearings if they are never held liable if when our solicitor back 15th ;ulu 2012 we are going to madrid with no appointment unannouced to see this chairman and we will NOT leave until we have answers...God help the people who put money in with Peinsa now they are rebuilding kind regards. We wrote a while ago trying to get our money back.
We were told by Maria at the lawyers office we had won the case in February, but still waiting for money.

Can I ask how long everyone else has been waiting - it is now 4.5 years

We got our money back within a couple of weeks. Your problem is that you are using a lawyer who has a relationship with the bank/ builder, the sooner you dump them the better, I did and it was a quick and painless process.
