How To Bring Your Product Ideas To Market While Keeping Your Day Job

Featured Speakers
Jeff Sallee & Dr. Mark Schnose

Inventors, entrepreneurs, patent attorneys, licensing attorneys, prototype, manufacturing experts and others involved in the business of ideas are invited to join us for an evening of speakers, networking and education.

How To Bring Your Product Ideas To Market While Keeping Your Day Job

Jeff Sallee and Dr. Mark Schnose are great friends and have known each other for over 35 years.

They are both musicians and decided 2 years ago to work on a few of the musical instrument invention ideas they came up with. They tinkered around with more than a few prototypes and in the beginning had no real strategy other than to do something every day to move their idea forward.

Now they have several licenses under their belt, a story, strategies and first hand advice to share with you.

Come to this event and learn:

- How they find the time to license ideas even though they both have super busy day jobs;
- How they keep costs of licensing their ideas ridiculously low;
- The art of closing a licensing deal and how the've done both a long drawn out deal and a quick deal when selling their ideas;
- Their experiences with patents and prototypes;
- How Mark pulled one nighters to file PPA's in a hurry;
- How to present an idea in a simple straight forward manner so companies can easily understand your ideas;
- How Jeff practiced his "pitch" on his commute to work before making calls at lunch break;
- How to be persistant and follow through even when on the surface things don't look like they are going to work out;
- Get in the game! Fail forward and keep momentum moving;
- How to keep the "idea" funnel full and know when to move on to next idea. "It ain't your Baby".
