The Cybersecurity CCNA certificate prepares students for the networking security field as network security technicians, network administrators, or network security engineers. I had used the same email ID to register for the exam at the exam center as well as for "youracclaim" website.Exam center had told me that I would receive a certificate from Cisco mentioning my details but I don't know why i haven't received it.
