lascopcindex executable not available in linux binary download?

Hi,

Thank you for this great tool! I have used the lascopcindex tool on Windows before. Now that I have installed it for Linux, I do not see the lascopcindex exectuable in the bin folder. Is it not available for Linux? I have followed these steps here while installing:

thanks for the hint.

We just forgot to include it into the tar.gz - it will be there with the next version.

You can download it also as separate download.
