Yes, it works in both directions
demzip.exe -i %INPUT_PATH%\*.tif -cores %CORES% -odir %INPUT_PATH% -olaz
demzip.exe -i %INPUT_PATH%\*.laz -cores %CORES% -odir %INPUT_PATH% -otif -no_kml
Your output tif needs to be -otif , also if the raster file is two big it doesn’t work, you will need to use tiles.
