QGIS Mac and LAS Tools?

Dear Google Groups,

I was digging around for a way to load LAS Tools on a Mac with QGIS.

Sure I could run Parallels and ArcGIS, but wondered if anyone has successfully married the two?

One person suggested CloudCompare. Is that really the most economical way on a Mac to edit point clouds that can be later used in shape files or AutoCAD Civil 3D Carlsson imports?

I was hoping I could use it to edit out what appears to be points that are clearly noise in the point cloud, and try to do some classification color coding.

I've succesfully used Lastools with qgis on my mac with wine.

If you just wanna remove som noise from a raster, a quick and dirty fix is the plugin Serval which lets you edit each pixel.
