Hi Martin is there a smart ways to select/classified ground points (02) at the edges of building (06) eventually based on a distance, of course its possible to create the buildings polygons thanks to lasboundary and then to create a buffer of it with Qgis and select the ground points inside and so forth, bur maybe you have a les consuming time solution, by the way thanks for all music play lists you share with us ;-)

Hello David,

There is a tool called 'lasdistance' that takes as input polygonal lines and then marks or classifies points within a certain (aproximated) distance from those lines. Once you have created rough building footprints with 'lasboundary' you could use those as input to 'lasdistance'.
