Las2Las - Projection epsg

Hi all !

I have a problem with las2las.

In Input I have on Las file in UTM31 (code epsg 32631), I get picture from lasgrid to get kml file and i check it. the  KML file with the picture is at the good place

I tried to project my las  using  las2las -target_epsg 27562 (Conic confirme Lambert II) and get kml file from grid. But when i open the kml on the google earth, the file is not at the good place. there isa translation but i don't understand why ?

Do you think that it get from scale factor ? 

When the scale factor will be implement ?

Can i apply the scale factor after ?

it would be good to get a link to the LAZ file in question or at least a lasinfo report (*) from before and after the reprojection with las2las.

Incule the lasinfo life for each las.

Moreover the commande used is : 

las2las  -i Armes_UTM31.las ^

             -epsg 32631 -elevation_meter ^

             -target_epsg 27562 -target_elevation_meter ^

             -set_ogc_wkt ^

             -o Armes_LZ2.las
