Convert Bin file to las - error in header

HI All -- I am trying to convert a bin file to a las. when i do it in lastools (using the arctoolbox gui), i get the error below. Any feedback re:dealing with this error is greatly appreciated. This bin file contains data from a ground lidar scan.

Hello,

looks like Terrasolid introduced a new flavor of their BIN file format
that my open source code (see lasreader_bin.cpp) does not support yet.
Can anyone confirm that? PDAL folks? Or someone from the GlobalMapper
/ FME / MARS Merrick / Terrsolid folks listening in? Time to give back
some LiDAR love ,,, (-;
