Hi Jochen,

Do you have implemented in lasnoise a Statistical outlier removal to remove noise or the unique option is -drop_z_above ?

Thanks

Susana

Hi Susana,
the reader filter
-drop_z_above
should work best in the scenario the picture shows.
There are also some lasnoise specific arguments which may can help:

-isolated [n]                 : points are isolated when there is a total of less than [n] points in all neighhour cells
-remove_noise                 : remove noise points from the file
-step [n]                     : use a [n]x[n]x[n] uniform grid for finding isolated points
-step_xy [n]                  : set the horizontal x and y spacing of the grid to [n]
-step_z [n]                   : set the vertical z spacing of the grid to [n]

Best regards,

Jochen @rapidlasso
