LAStools not displaying results

to LAStools - efficient tools for LiDAR processing

Hey guys I recently installed LAStools to create a dem from a las file ,but none of the tools is displaying results ive tried 3 different Qgis versions including the latest (3.42.2), i have followed the tutorial installing LAstools on C and activating the tool in the toolbox ,i dont know what to do to get it going ive seen a ton of tutotials were the instalation is straightforward but not here : (

I can see the tools dont hace the LAStools logo
