How can I to convert BIN to LAS file

Dear all, I'm beginner of laser scanner data processing. I have BIN data files of  Leica C10 3D laser scanner. I would like to wotk with it on the LasTools and ArcGIS. but still cannot convert it to LAS file. Please help me.

Hello Bolortulga,

who generated this *.bin file? Is that an output generated by the Leica Software? Then it may not be the kind of *.bin file that LAStools can ingest. The *.bin file that all LAStools can read are those generated by the Terrascan software which are similar in structure to LAS files, albeit a bit simpler. I think now-a-days they have become less common (it's been a while since I came across one) but it is my understanding that this was the format used by Terrascan, which was a very early LiDAR software and in use long before the LAS format became widely accepted and agreed upon.

Maybe CloudCompare can read the BIN format you have as this is from a terrestrial scan, right?
