Hi, all

I have tried the lastest version of lastools(2025/10/13)
and using demo mode, try to generate dem from las file (as attached pic)
while add the "-grid_center" argument under DOS command line.
It seems only can be understood by las2dem64
las2dem / blast2dem / blast2dem64 are all fail.
Is that bugs? or how can i solve this problem?

las2dem -i test.las -grid 1 -grid_center -keep_class 2 -olaz -o grid1m.laz -demo
blast2dem -i test.las -grid 1 -grid_center -keep_class 2 -olaz -o grid1m.laz -demo

Thanks in advance.
Greetings

Hi,
according to the download page and the changelog the 32bit part of LAStools is just there for downwards compatibility. New features are all in the 64 bit version. If you think this don't make sense please tell why. According to the documentation grid_center is only implemented for las2dem and lasgrid.

Cheers,

Jochen @rapidlasso
