The annual service auction has come and gone, but we have yet to enjoy
its fruits. This Monday, we use the funds raised at the service auction
to purchase Christmas gifts for the needy in our stake and in our
community.
If you'd like to test your mettle by braving the linoleum jungles of our local Target store, be at the Sawtelle building at 7:30.
We will split into small groups, receive lists of families and guidelines of what to purchase, then carpool to the store.
Once the shopping expedition is complete, we will reconvene at the church to leave our purchases with the organizers and partake of gastronomically pleasing refreshments and sparkling conversation. Serving others at FHE -- what could be better?
