Wiring the Water Chiller

I have the CW-5000 which has the alarm output port.  From the manual it looks like I need to wire H1 and H3 but I'm unfamiliar with the kind of port used and the manual doesn't mention the type.  I'd like to use some sort of terminal on the wire that matches the port so it doesn't look hackish.  

What did you all use?

Hi jondale,

I used the plug that was delivered with the cw-5000, worked just fine, also referring to the wonderful diagram by quy ngo. 

The plug looks kind of a small version of a xlr plug, maybe check the box again and you'll find it?
